Large white French vintage porcelain tureen.

Fantastic detailing on the handles and I love the scrolled effect to these. Traditional lid with artichoke stalk detailing to the handle.

The tureen is in good condition for its age. There is a noticeable crack to one side of the lid and a little chip in the lid. Some minor age related wear and staining- see photos.

The tureen can continue to be used for its intended purpose, excellent for special occasions and fine dinning. However it would also display really well in the home, maybe stacked with other tureen bases, for a beautiful French Nordic Style/ French Shabby Chic/ Farmhouse kitchen decor
