Q: What are the postage costs

AFor most of our stock the cost of UK mainland postage is included in the price you see advertised. We aim to post within 3 working days of your order and we will provide you with tracking information. We take great care to wrap your parcel carefully to ensure it is not damaged when you receive it. However we do have the occasional breakage in transit, if this happens please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

For larger items or furniture, benches etc that cannot be delivered by the regular post, there may be a delivery charge - this will be highlighted on the listing. We will normally provide an average guide price, but you may be asked to get in touch with us so that we can provide an accurate quote for you. This is because courier costs can vary significantly depending on your location.

Q: How quickly will my item be dispatched?

AItems that can be posted will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days of your order and will be sent using a tracked delivery service. You will receive a confirmation email when your item has been dispatched. Please contact me as soon as possible if you feel your parcel has been delayed.

 

Q: Can you ship overseas?

A: We do ship overseas and would be happy to arrange a quote for shipping costs. We dispatch within 1-3 working days and provide tracking. We also have a shop on Etsy which includes international shipping costs, so you could pop across to there - just type Restored2bloved into the Etsy search bar or press the link below

Q: What is your returns policy?

A All items in the shop are preloved and will often have scars from their previous life which I will describe and photograph as accurately as possible. You are also welcome to contact me to ask for more information or photographs. I want you to love any item you have purchased from Restored2bloved so if on receipt you feel disappointed with the item please contact me and I will do everything I can to resolve the problem including a full refund if that is your preference.

Q: Methods of Payment?

A:  It is important to us to offer you a secure method of payment. For this reason we use Stripe, which is a quick and secure method for you to pay online. It accepts all major credit and debit cards and most importantly keeps your personal data safe. If you prefer you also have the option to pay by Pay Pal.
